riding a bicycle into the 21st century
09 September 2002 - 12:59 pm

hello, i have 10 minutes before my humanities conference. i just ate half a bagel sitting on a rock outside. it's sunny out and i'm wearing my black lace shirt that i like.

i'm trying to stop drinking coffee (again) (but for real this time). and i'm feeling pretty tired. hopefully i won't fall asleep in class.

i had a good weekend-- i went shopping and got myself some sweaters (because i stupidly left all of mine in minnesota because i didn't like them). and i rode my bike a bit and went to the paradox with donna. their vegan corn cakes are the best thing ever.

last night i was supposed to do more homework than i actually did... but i'm going to blame zack because he came over and talked non-stop and stayed about 3 hours longer than any of us wanted him there. (while bragging about his "social skills"). after he left eva and i plotted to kill all the coke addicts who have no manners. we have never met such tactless people in our lives.

well i guess i should go now, to a room on the second floor of eliot, to sit at a big old wooden table with 20 other people, and where the radiater clanks so loud you can barely here anyone talking. we're talking about locke's 2nd treatise on government. which really wasn't as boring as i thought it would be.
