baby let your hair hang down

all the furniture in the house is in gabe's room. we had a show on friday, bands, people, loudness. the living room is a barren wasteland now and gabe's room is packed. i'm sitting on the couch. i videotaped some parts of the show, including when seth sang the whole set in his underwear. at some point someone said the cops were here and everyone ran away, but there were no cops. but i got to talk to ben, and cavin, who's moving to seattle. i hadn't seen him for years and i was surprised he remembered me.

i just got home from hanging out at lance's with gabe and morgan. we watched donnie darko, which was really good. then we sat outside and made fun of the frat boys.

i'm leaving on wednesday night, the train again. jade is leaving on tuesday for san diego. donna called me today, and told me about all the fucked up situations in portland. it's funny, i thought all the insanity was kind of momentary, i thought it would end. but i guess it's just getting deeper. i hope at least that jared moves out so that we won't have 4 people in that apartment. portlandportlandportland. i'm so glad to go back.. just 2 more days of work and 2 days on the train. i can't stand it here anymore.

let's all get a collective case of amnesia and start over, in different places and facing different directions. but i don't think that anymore. i just want to be in portland, i'm facing west.
