we're going to have thanksgiving dinner with some of our friends, i'm excited. last year was kind of sad, since none of us could cook, i made a pumpkin pie and we ate some cranberry sauce. but our friend c. knows how to cook a turkey and sweet potatoes and one of our neighbors is going to make stuffing and some other things, and i can make pie again. c. really wants me to try some turkey, so i made him get a free range organic one and said i might.
today he and i went to buy the turkey at nature's, he was wearing sunglasses and looked so fucked up, but maybe that was just because i knew. we drove to the drug store so he could get more needles, but i didn't go in. i can't believe they sold him needles looking like that. it's so sad. he says he started again because he's lonely.
