impossible memories

"this searching is presently leading me to consider the meaning(s) of
spiritual and community, dwelling, neighbourhoods, boundaries, memories,
dreams, gaps, routes, roots, connecions etc etc. Apart from reading,
writing, drawing & mapping i have been physically exploring my own immediate
surroundings for months, in the spirit of derives, following algorythms to
devise arbitrary routes for dawn walks. responding in all kinds of ways,
playing with imagination, impossible memories, a sense of humour, and the
reality of 'here'.. i keep making small shelters out of found rubbish:
plastic bags. temporary, ephemeral, they are appearing in urban 'dead'
spaces, able to 'speak for themselves'i hope, better than i can with words."
